/vt/ - Virtual Youtubers

I have a character in mind, but no artistic skills or enough disposable income to just buy a model outright, so I was thinking about commissioning an artist for a decent-looking PNG to use while I dip my toes in the water. Are there any tips for finding and commissioning an artist, specifically one that can draw a Mazinger or Getter-looking dude? I've never commissioned an artist before.

In addition, I'm struggling a bit to come up with actual things to stream. Besides gaming itself, currently I have: Japanese language study (not Duolingo), karaoke streams, and zatsudans set over slower RPG games I might want to play. I don't really have much else in the way of talents. I like creative writing; would it be at all interesting to stream myself writing a short story, maybe incorporating CYOA elements like a quest?
