if you actually do all of these things, the main thing you get to learn is that you can't escape the importance of just straight up dumb luck when it comes to relationships with women. no matter what you do, you need luck for someone else to be both receptive to it and interesting/attractive/similarly aligned habit-wise enough to you to be worth your time.
normies love to treat lifestyle improvements as if it's some guarantee that you'll get a girlfriend/relationship out of it but it's 100% its own thing that should be pursued for other reasons like, most importantly, just having a more fulfilling life in general.
