ah, I was going by average, not peak. My bad for not being clear.

Though after actually looking at the graphs, there's clearly funky averaging going on. My point still stands that Meloco without the JP collab buff isn't comparable at all to her solo content.
Just look at how crazy her viewership was bouncing around even during her "peak" in the NijiGTA arc. Looking at the graphs themselves you see massive spikes out of nowhere, which apparently correspond to Kuzuha being on screen.
