I think you have too many at both ends. Less than 1% of people have >140 IQ, and 160+ is incredibly rare. 160+ is the top student at an Ivy League STEM course. Conversely, 0-49 is less than 0.1% of people and requires profound intellectual disability. Someone with a <50 IQ couldn't be a streamer because you literally could not explain to them how a computer works. Also, I think 50-99 collapses far too much breadth into a single tier, it goes from totally dysfunctional and requiring care to an average Westerner.
This is my IQ tier list, based on some combination of proven intellectual feats and guesses based on how they communicate and function.
