I'm not sure if there's a better platform to start on between Twitch and YouTube but as long as you create a social media presence through spamming TikToks, Tweeting and interacting with people in your preferred social sphere I don't think it matters if you start on YouTube or Twitch. I think it's more about if you feel more comfortable doing pre-recorded videos compared to live bits
