It's a tiny crumb, but you can combine it with the other crumbs she dropped to piece together a bigger picture. Here's what we know: she lives in the Limburg province of Netherlands. She likes the city Maastricht and was there more than once. It seems the German city Aachen is also a short drive away for her. If you check both those cities on a map you see there's not a lot of land between them and that bit of land is mainly the southern end of Limburg. We know she lives in some backwater town or village and works in IT, not as a code monkey, but for improving interface structure for the end user. These are all crumbs dropped in the past.
Now here's todays crumb. While she looked up the village "America" in the Netherlands she was surprised by the population. That village has a population of 2055 and she was sure her villages population was higher. With that new info we can filter all villages between Maastricht and Aachen for populations somewhere between 1500 and 2000. And now we can google for software businesses in the region that focus on or at least have an department for making software interface more customer friendly. Now we can crosscheck the proximity of our villages to the software developers we found. It wouldn't be impossible for an oiler to hire a detective and feed him the locations and the schedule. Or do it himself if he was obsessed enough. If said parasocial fan would be smart and willing enough to do all this, then he would also be probably insidious enough to coax Nina to tell on what days she visits the office. Maybe subscribe on multiple dummy accounts so he doesn't attrack any attention.
There are not many villages that fit this criteria all things considered and I'm sure a tiny redhead wearing those silly cute-clothes-for-adult-woman would stick out.
