2 pounds Ground Beef
1 large Onion, diced
5-6 stalks of Celery, diced
3 cloves of Garlic, minced ( I prefer to use fresh but you can substitute if needed)
1 bag of coleslaw mix
3 Dill pickle spears, diced
1 - 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 quarts of Beef broth
1 pint of Heavy cream
16-20+ ounces shredded cheddar Cheese.

Throw it in an instant pot for 15 on high, and while it's cooking make the sauce.

The sauce is a cup of plain mayo, 1/2 cup of deli relish, the kind with big chunks of pickles, 2tsps of white wine vinegar(I've found tarragon sprig wine vinegar also works well), 2tsps each of paprika, Onion powder and garlic powder. Stir it all together, then when your soup is done add it a heaping tsp at a time until you're satisfied, 2/3 usually do it for me.

Also you add sesame seeds to the top of the soup to make it a bit more big Macish
