Last game we got in the West was Fever 1 in 2004, so more like 12-13 years. That's still insane because in that timespan Sega did not stop making new titles for the series and the first time a chunk of the modern cast made an official western appearance was in a Sonic Mobile game as part of collab. We never even got Puyo characters in any of the big Sega crossovers either. Worst of all, before PPT1 made it to the West Sega attempt to paint over the Mobage with a generic coat of paint and got their asses busted for it. Puyo Puyo has had it rough.

The world of Chuubas is a rollercoaster, man. Waking up early to catch the Holotori collab and getting greeted by Rushia's termination is probably a core memory for me now.
