since kiki talked about the different streaming platforms a bit and kick in specific as it relates to vtubers, for some days i've taken a glance at the vtuber section to see what that ecosystem and numbers looks like.
there's a few mid-2views live at any current time, yet to see a 3view with most common viewcounts being in 8-16 and a large chunk of literal 1 view which is probably themselves and it's always kinda of sad and unnerving to see any digital graveyards but i do hope they have some kind of fun with it

i'm not savvy with small indie chuubas but needless to say every single name was just WHO? that i hadn't even tangentially heard of
so even if someone managed to convince their existing audience to follow them to that platform instead and they could break the bank on discoverability with even very modest viewercount so they're always at the top of the page, the potential audience count seems to be just a few hundred tops

disclaimer im not sure that any of this observation or conjecture is correct as i dunno if the vtubers category lists all vtubers on site or how that site works
