cfg/scale normally stays constant over time. dynamic thresholding lets you apply funny algebra/calculus curves to cfg and change it over time

the annoying thing is that on danbooru, they are actually supposed to be strictly defined. and then I search "medium breasts" to copy paste the actual definition from their wiki, and you see this fucking disparity right on the most recently tagged two images, kek
the one on the left technically doesn't break their "upper bound" either...because her fucking head is big. bigger head = bigger upper bound to "medium breasts", sugoi...
>Upper bound:
>The breast's volume is less than the volume of a sphere with the same diameter as the character's facial area
and only barely, too, if you excluded her big ass hair and strictly interpreted "facial area" as the size of her drawn face and not her entire noggin, then it IS wrong and should be "large breasts"
the image on the right?
>Lower bound:
>Any part of the breast would hang over a hand placed immediately beneath the breast
what the fuck does that even mean? is my hand perpendicular to her ribs, or am I flat-palming it? either way, those are tiny tits...

and of course, they round it off with this "fuck you, lol"
>If this seems large for 'medium' breasts, just remember:
>
>Breasts in anime art defy biology, physics, and common sense. [...] these tags don't make sense when you try to apply them to living people. They're made for two-dimensional teenage heroines for whom anything less than double-Ds is on the small side.

t. discogs junkie that is both simultaneously amazed by the level of tagging autism on boorus which I am fairly new to - 3-4 years tops - and completely disappointed with the absolute lack of consistency

addendum: try prompting "small breasts" and "breasts apart:1.5" - or e.g. "flat chest:1.3" and "large breasts" - you get peculiar results. the former will give you small boobs that look like they're in a push-up bra or something even if they're (center opening:3.69)'d - the latter practically forces "bolt-on implants" looking boobs, if that's what you're after...

that has been your daily dose of tagging autism, text STOP to unsubscribe
