Picrel is a table showing time in different timezones compared to each other, since most people work/study 9-5, red shows the bad hours where most people will be busy with IRL obligations, green is the 6 hours after they get home (Of course, not everyone will be home an hour after clocking out, but a few will, and more will arrive home as a stream goes on). Yellow is where most people will be sleeping/preparing for work or school, but you still can catch a few people waking up early or staying up late. I forgot to add Australia, but they're two hours ahead of Japan, making them the only timezone inside the green, America is in the yellow so so you can still catch a few night owls
