I take that to mean "management did not come and punish the involved people for harassing her." I also get the impression that the official, non-talent nijiEN "management" had been chopped down to like, 1-2 people who weren't paid enough for this shit hence didn't want to do the work of ten people (big surprise), and were in over their heads by a mile and didn't know what to do about Selen's reports.

I mean, I would have just fucking suspended the ones she was reporting were causing problems just as a bare minimum start to get people to shape up and act like professionals ... how hard can that fucking be? But maybe, EN management in Riku's un-wisdom didn't actually have the power to just do this at will, not without nijiJP headquarters approval because it might hurt the feelings/income of their pwecioush wuxiems, and hence the problems just fell into a black hole and couldn't be fixed.

I would think Selen would have a fairly strong case, that basically this is a retaliatory firing for her threatening to reveal her bully problems to the public. Which, is completely fucking illegal by law where Selen is. It's Niji's internal rules vs actual laws at stake here and the state would win if Selen can get Niji into a leaf court.
