Yes, Kuu is dysphoric. Dysphoria is the extreme mental anguish that results from the disconnect between what your body is and what your brain thinks it should be, the condition that eventually leads to suicide. Disregarding Kuu's wishes about the way they wish to identify only magnifies that dysphoric feeling for them
