The only viable options are Tokomachi for the HoloNiji benefit, Startend, Dasupi, miComet, Shiraken.
You could create a new unit but the chances of it being popular are slim since the above mentioned friendships have all developed on stream and people love that shit.

I'd probably say Startend or miComet.
Startend have 3 very good singers and they really didn't do enough with each other.
miComet, I think Miko's baby voice matches up with Suisei's voice pretty well and they have a lot of female fans which helps.
Staranimal is a curve ball, Pretty good range of singer and voices but too inactive.
