The full history is that a meme from Hololive's Pekora MGS 3 stream( "Ogey rrat") which was just used as mindless spamming somehow turned into an abbreviation for "narrative" in the split Holo general(Global). Narrative refers to speculations about behind the scene events, often grand, non sensical and farfetched
