Nijisanji and Hololive have completely different standards. Selen getting nearly 9k watching her birthday is great for a first-year Nijisanji liver. Many nijis (like the Koreans) exist in low view hell forever because Niji just shits out dozens and dozens of low quality models hoping one of them will take off like Mito did. Hololive puts out fewer generations and puts more effort into marketing them, so as to concentrate a larger number of views to a smaller number of people.
