Not really the point here, doing your creative reps is more universal and useful for many things outside of vtubing itself.
Some are already artists before. Some become artists and even if they won't date X or Y from this they still bettered themselves from it and it might help them in the future.
Multiple people from /yah/ literally picked up drawing from scratch motivated to participate in the community content streams.
