Reine's persona is just being publicly respectful when she might otherwise be a bit more crass in telling people off or toxic in games. From the Miko incident, she's largely the same but a little more unhinged. It's not like it's a whole act but she's comfortable with the persona for like 95% of her content except for when she gets irritable or inappropriate. It's like saying I have a persona while hanging out with friends because I don't say all the stuff I'd write on 4chan.
