Looking at this a bit deeper, this is honestly a VERY interesting development.
We here - in this very thread - had a pretty animated talk about how the Holos could kill off homobegging in their chats a few days ago.

One anon mentioned this very same method (>>47325934), i.e. bringing up the stream rules to show in front of the audience.
Another anon rightfully pointed out that this could lead to a chat war with homobeggars trying to gatekeep mentions of other girls (>>47326337). Or if she's too specific about it (mentioning Tempus by name), she would appear to be a "weirdo" herself - would get her reactions similar to what Kanata got, just additional drama that she doesn't need (>>47326486).

Another anon said it might actually be management mandated because of how she has explicitly addressed Rule #4 with regard to NorthernLion but didn't address the homobeggars (>>47326352).

There was even a suggestion about a politely worded SC or something along those lines to get the rules into the front of the clueless audience (>>47327861).

This method is beautiful because -
1. It takes the form of a joke (Fauna is treated like some "other streamer" here).
2. It does not target any group directly (neither homobeggars nor the ones bringing up the girls).
3. It highlights the Stream Rules to a large portion of the audience that may not know that it exists.
With this awareness in hand, the audience SHOULD now be able to identify when a reference is genuine (e.g. pigeons during Minecraft) or when a reference is begging (bringing up Tempus when asked about "kouhai").

The fact that she IMMEDIATELY jumped onto showing the Rules with that SC makes it feel like she was just waiting for a chance to do this for a LONG time.
