Scroll down to pic related. This sort of thing should be 100% allowed based on these new rules. Not the actual audio itself, mind you, I'm not saying they can get away with that. Just the live2d animation being used here that isn't using tracking. Nothing in the new rules suggests it wouldn't be allowed.
