Well, yeah, they literally both cried over this for 3 hours. They know that this is how it will feel for many EN Ruffians. This is just them doing the ONLY thing they can to reach one million subs by their 1-year.
They had 2 choices
>give up on 1 milly in 1 year and chill with their gachikoi while occasionally interacting with their most beloved senpai. enjoy SLOW but steady growth and eventually hit it in 2 years max
or
>try to appeal to the MASSIVE JP audience by doing solo streams more frequently, joining every JP event, and collabing with as many senpai as possible, and quadrupling their HW, all at risk of alienating their EN fans
As sad as it may be, they chose the second option, and it's obvious that they're incredibly depressed at the thought of alienating fans in an attempt to grow larger. They screwed themselves by taking 2 months off, but now that they're IN Japan, option 2 is infinitely easier for them.
Yeah, it sucks. They know it does, and pretty much every fucking Ruffian I've seen in the discord either agrees or at the VERY LEAST understands.
And yes, this is all going to sound like anti shit, because there's a lot of people poisoning the well, as usual.

No. This hiatus completely kills their growth and fucks/fucked over MANY of their plans. Even if you believe they "don't care about their fans," which would make you a retarded tourist and/or seething woman, which basically explains all FuwaMoco antis it wouldn't explain why they would take a 2 month break and get a temporary apartment that doesn't allow singing, when their BIG goals were as follows,
