Twitch isn't making a profit and is now run by Amazon suits who don't have a clue about how the streaming business works. They need better noombers asap or their own jobs are at risk, so Twitch is pushing retarded policies that will make more money in the short term but overall ruin the site.
If you don't believe that they could be this incompetent, just look at the disasters that are the games Amazon develops or their big Rings of Power TV show which costs $1,000,000,000 and still sucked major cock. Amazon likes to throw a massive amount of money around to get into a market with 0 idea of how it works and then fucks up big time.
