There's not that many that actually implemented cannibalism into their political and cultural systems (it isn't exactly a healthy way of societal mantainance you see), althought, christianism can be considered symbolically cannibalistic due to bread and wine representing the body of jesus or something. Closest I can think of right now is papua new guinean tribes that ate their dead, but they also decimated themselves with prion disease.
