Anon, that is a 90 days rolling average, it smashes together 90 full days for each of those points.
There is no "concern", there are several outliers in the middle of that chart that gets "smeared" into the same point due to the 90 days range.
Here is a day where the primetime overlap peak for Hololive didn't even beat 80k
