Vedal is doing fine, /swarm/ has always expected Vedal to be the kind of supergenius that appears in the history books but he's very much not that, he's doing fine. Especially for a solo project.

She's been super athletic her whole life.
Aging is a meme when you're that fit until you're in your 40s and even then you're not slowing down much until your 60s if you don't have an illness or previous injuries.
If all Filian's had is some bruises here and there then she's not slowing down anytime soon. Well her diet will start to catchup to her in the next 5 years when she enters her 30s but that's an easy fix.

Filian and Vedal also share the same sentiment on how private they are with streaming and I doubt Filian cares about the age gap, she'd be too busy being self conscious about her appearance and how awkward she is when trying to be genuine and not hiding behind the veil of adhd spaz.
Would be awfully funny if Filian won the Vedalbowl.
