Disclaimer that I don't follow every member equally closely so some of this may just be the bare bones stuff you already read, but like others have said some members don't expand further than that. If I missed some important lore they've come up with please mention it.

>Miyabi: Officially just a frail boy who likes to game, but over the years developed his own lore that he's "forever 18," lords over the Hanasaki Forest where his bizarre creations live
>Izuru: Literally just a guy
>Arurandeisu: Has the ability to create portals to other dimensions, his older self was a demon hunter. Arunii came to this dimension to ask for Arupapa's help to save some other world, that's why he's here now and Arupapa is gone
>Rikka: Holoroid, that is an android made by Cover with 2GB of RAM. Can turn into a motorcycle.
>Astel: Alien from another dimension (A), crash landed on Earth (dimension B) on a mission to conquer it, landed in the Bermuda Triangle which caused the dimension shift (there's some machine at the bottom of Atlantis that did this, which also came from dimension A). His furry friends are this dimension's versions of his crew from his original dimension, and Pollneu is his little brother (his soul is in the machine).
>Temma: I don't know how much of this is official or made up by Temma, but he's a knight that was isekai'd to this world, has talked about how he went to knight school. Has a "dark knight" side.
>Roberu: Just a bartender, his mascot came-chan probably has more lore than him.
>Shien: Beastman mafia boss from the world of beastmen. In the beginning he said he came to this world to find his lost friend, but apparently he's since dropped that bit.
>Oga: Ex-military demon who was fighting for 5k years in another world. After retiring he came to Japan where he was scouted. Can grow 200 meters tall.
>Fuma: Jack of all trades ayakashi, ran a business where he carried out requests, one of them was forming an idol unit which is how Uproar came to be. Can change his eye color and go "ayakashi mode."
>Uyu: Phantom thief, that's... it I believe.
>Gamma: Party animal mangaka, otherwise just a normal human.
>Rio: A ghost, I'm not familiar enough with him to know if he's expanded on the lore/reason for his death.

I'm even less familiar with EN, so I don't know anything about lore they've expanded upon themselves, only the official stuff that they all live in the virtual world of Elysium and their guild roles. The most I know is apart from being the hero Altare also has a demon king persona.
