For all the misuse the word gets, this thread would be more normal if anons DID actually have parasocial relationships.

Its literally in the definition.

If you need to actually interact with someone on discord/DMs in order to feel like you're talking to them, its not parasocial. Its normal. That's how social interaction works.
I sure wish that I could get parasocial. Would save me the trouble of chatting.
