I found this screenshot tool Greenshot and It has a neat editor and useful hotkeys. Took me like 3 mins to make this, it's very easy.
Capture a screenshot > open in editor > increase canvas size > capture the small window with text and paste it > capture last region(hotkey) and paste the rest. You can even up and down the level/layer for each one of them.
