i don't think that really is a solution to the issue, it will just create needless timeloops about what would be the correct maximum and encourage schizos to spam more hololive threads with the reasoning "if we have more threads on the board we get more players on team", there is gonna be a handful idiots like this

that being said. i think nonholos have to realize that they have to focus their votes if they want some represents instead of splitting themselves over potentially hundred suggestions.

for example i am the usual /vrt/ OP but it would be foolish to try and push for Onolumi or any retro rep because even if the whole thread unites behind it we most likely will not be enough people to get one in. and many other generals will face the same issue.

THUS i propose: OPERATION 2VIEW PILL

have all indie and small corpos unite for a 2view rep that manager will have to rotate each game. that way we can have several of smaller chuubas have a chacne at a spotlight and even if my oshi herself might not be the rep used i at lest know that this player is also for her in spirit. and it supports something representing a good chunk of the board while taking away a spot for yet another holo rep based on something "funny" a holo said in a stream like "HEY MOONA" or "pepeloni"
