Oh yea, I should also mention there is like 5k of us. Any deforestation we do would be akin to a drop in a bucket. Yea, if nothing else, I was planning to borrow some design from snapping turtles, namely their beak and claws. As for the temperature problem, it's already been solved by repurposing a vestigial organ from when the Mossbacks and dragons shared an ancestor, filtering the chuubanite from the vegetation they eat into it and activating a heat reaction, which artificially makes them warm blooded.
