Are you perhaps thinking of this chart Astel made? This was about their orisong. I've never seen an official chart from Cover that said Uproar was a separate branch, and it was never implied either, it's always been that they're a separate UNIT from the 9-man Holostars one, but they are still HolostarsJP, they've always introduced themselves as such.

People are referring to this graph he made, but this is about their original song We are the Holostars, because kaigai were asking about Uproar and Tempus after it released.

However, this graph is also good for explaining that the Holostars branch releases units, not generations. But also, he never said anything about the 3 in the Tempus' logo being Stars3, that's just speculation--just as much as people speculate it refers to EN3.
