My bet is design by kamame and art by dyarikku. Makes too much sense considering Dyarikku drew some of her oldest stuff in 2020, has a distinct style when it comes to drawing hair, and made a supportive post in early february bringing up the early commissions she made for Doki, leading me to believe she probably approached her to help with a new model in the same way Yuniiho did for Sayu.
Also, Snuffy mentioned that Doki and Snuffy would be sisters, and while it COULD refer to the fact that cillia rigs both, it could also refer to the fact that Dyarikku worked on her Smilfy model.
