The author of 4th tail seems to be very active and responds to various discussions on his civitai page. It might be worth a shot asking him how it got worse.

Citation needed. I did compare 4th tail poses with others and it did make the best gens, but then it involved Marine and a lot of cocks.

It really does depend where you prompt and how. Thats why I prefer SDXL nowadays with flexibility it offers. No loras for styles or charas needed.
