I'm looking at the archive and don't see that many posts here after the initial rocky days (>>66211606 was 01/06), with most in /vrt/ other than today and likely that unpleasantness that was happening around Valentines. But he should just ignore and stay out of /vrg/ if he doesn't like it.

It doesn't seem to be constant; looking over the past few /vrg/ threads in the archive doesn't seem to show he was in /vrg/ lately so I think it was more him reacting to the trouble in /vrt/ today.
If he's just trolling (like he was doing in this thread today) then reporting and ignoring him is the best approach (or potentially offtopic if he's being entirely meta). There are pigheaded people among the fans of all vtubers but I try to always remind people not to make disparaging statements about fanbases as a whole or especially the vtubers since it comes down to the individuals themselves and such retaliations just make things worse. Some trolls do it on purpose because of that but sometimes it is just foolish people falling into it as well.
Both threads have been pretty peaceful lately, I think some people might resent that.
