She probably doesn't want a repeat of what happened with Risu.
I think with Haachama it was an it's now or never type situation since she actually DM'd Mouse so she took her shot.

It's not. It's the second version of her demon form and her new main. I think Rosu did a much better job this time.

I like the reduced Demon Queen form. It makes her look cute and compact in comparison to looking like she's about to burst out of herself and her bondage restraints (which was fine as it somehow gave the impression that even that wasn't her final form). The reduced horns are smooth and cute, rather than the hard and strained appearance of the big ones.
It really brings out her sweetheart characteristics despite what she is.

In case you want to check out the revision of the Demon Queen form over the weekend. It does look like she’s fixing the face, reducing the booba and horns but in case anyone wonder (because many thought it’s kinda a Loli design) it may just be those three attributes
