You're missing some context here. It was obvious that the lean arc is what took a mental toll on Mori. Dealing with antis, the autism of the hololive fanbase, and having strict rules that she needed to follow was mentally draining for her. Having an avenue where she doesn't have to worry about most of that is what made her feel free and destressed her for holo work.
