If we make it that far we'd be so confident in who and what we are that no one would feel the need to change gender at all. The only reason It's a thing right now is because it stems from severe and entrenched dynamics of mass dysfunctional and deep levels of trauma and reactions to it being willfully misinterpreted, avoided and misdirected. Once that is faced and processed, I'd wager that gender dysphoria will either cease to exist, or at least become far more rare and not be taken to the extremes it is currently.
