The game itself is garbage sure, but it's practically unmatched as far as sandbox autism is concerned. You don't play it or watch it because the gameplay is riveting, it's about the weird stories people make up for their characters. User made content IS the real game. Not that the girls would ever go through the hassle of setting up an account and seeing the good shit people have made over the years.

It's very weak, depending on your perspective. It's a huge sandbox so you have to make your own goals and fun, but there isn't that much depth so your choices are limited. It's a lot of busy-work and trading to upgrade your gear and get to the center of the galaxy. It's much more fun with the expansion, but the adventures rely heavily on user-made content to have any longevity. I used to make adventures back in the day, but I'm not sure how the scene has changed since they updated the servers.
