/vt/ - Virtual Youtubers

Won't lie to you /wah/, I'm starting to get really anxious at my inability to draw anything decent, much less good. Motivation is dropping.
I know with practice, "hopefully" I'll slowly get better at a reasonable pace, but I have a self-imposed deadline to churn out something good/decent by the last few days of the next month. But yet, I still can't even draw hair that looks decent.

Any tips/criticism at all would be welcome. I'm just focusing on head/face/hair composition right now.
For reference, I've been practicing for 22 days according to my daily reps.
