Council's announcement was way too try-hard with how much it was trying to shill all the chuuni lore and "mystery" around them.

I think Omega learned his lesson and decided to make Tempus more simple and easier for the talents to work with their lore. The debut manga was an interesting choice though.

Their still technically an idol group so Cover would've needed some of the boys to at least be able to sing. Regis and Axel fill that quota but if they want a Vsinger that's completely music based would be different.
