Here is the proverbial picture I think you are missing when NDF abuses the BPD diagnosis: this is just a new spin on classic half-truth agitprop. You take an obscure fact out in the open that will embarass your opponent someone, say like the Azov Battalion. Then you magnify it to an absurd degree to the point where the neo-nazi regiment concentrated around the sea it is named after is an omnipresent societal force in Ukraine that is magically able to teleport to different war theatres hundreds of kilometres away from each other to partake in genocidal atrocities that could only feasibly have been committed by Russian troops.

We have a similar tactic here. Doki publicly professed to have BPD and perhaps felt embarrassed at a later point putting that out in the open due to the implications such a Twitter profile declaration has as you listed. However, she was not ashamed or duplicitous enough of this to completely efface any evidence of it to this very day, just kept it on the down low.

It is however, a grave mistake to flat out deny the evidence for these allegations, circumstantial as they may be. If NATO pretended Azov didn't exist rather than situating them in the context of their utilitarian necessity and limited influence, it would give the Russians unneeded extra ammo for their machinations.

So it is the same with Doki's diagnosis. I have no strong reason to doubt her own judgement on her conditon, especially with how respojsibly prepared she was to tackle and bring awareness to how she succumbed to her hellish environment in a manner that is hardly unsurprisingly from what is known about the prognosis of her condition. To doubt her on this front is just throwing another bone to the NDF rrat of her as an unreliable narrator.
