Man I used this for my daily sketch to work on anatomy if nothing else but I think it's just a hard prompt. You can always just draw a head on a male body but if you keep the frame anything vaguely female you can't really put a ton of muscle it, there just isn't room. Lower body you can just balloon out but upper body stuff just starts overlapping, especially with a side chest pose. And I just sort of gave up on boobs on such big pecs. Since its so stylized you can't really use a proper reference either. Tough request man, but for what it's worth, here's my cursed speed sketch
