Evening, Champs and Kiki!
Today was an absolute hell and I nearly quit my job on the spot but instead went and vented about all the issues very bluntly to one of the upper managers and said I'd quit if they didn't deal with it all (most of the problems are directly due to mismanagement and they've had so many employees quit lately).
He apologized and made some immediate changes for the time being to take some of the shit off my back until they fix the problems only they can fix. I also got a significant raise to keep me from bailing on them.
Due to this, my schedule has changed back to something more reasonalble so hopefully it pans out and I won't be working through every stream anymore. Kiki love, Kiki life.
