no tutorials, actually!! or rather, it's all stuff I already knew how to do; just photoshop and stock photos, cut the pictures to size and fit them with some free transformation, some hue/saturation adjustment layer for color tomfoolery on the bow tie and face paint, and select/modify->expand/ctrl+f5 fill for outlines, getting layer order right, etc.; it really isn't difficult, just a bit time consuming if you're new to photoshop
