Oh wow, I’m super late to responding to that post; archive says it’s from the 7th. I’m so sorry I left you hanging! Anyways…
The kuroyuri story is fascinating and now that I have better context for its meaning in flower language, I agree with you that it’d be a really nice fit for the cult. Those + red camellias like we talked about would be a good fit together… now I’m thinking about them in wreaths as home decorations and worn as leis or crowns by girls on their way to lose their virginity or get bred.

In my mind I picture the cult as overwhelmingly female like the larger Holy Kingdom— a ratio of legit like 10 women to every 1 man. I don’t imagine the overall population being any larger than like 200 people, but it continues to grow and grow of course. I like to think that the male population is growing as more and more travelers get indoctrinated into the cult like the male briskadet and the Kindred in luxnoc who posts about wanting to be Vox’s househusband , so I was imagining that men within the cult are picked first by the elders nominating candidates to breed new girls, but in the event of all the cult’s men being… occupied, outsiders are used and lured in to serve no purpose greater than breeding the cult’s girls. If he wants to convert after that, great. If not then, well, he won’t be leaving, so… All in all I would say it’s polygamous but pretty no-strings-attached, everyone in the cult is so devoted to Vox that they couldn’t really imagine *actually* marrying anyone else within the clan or getting with them for reasons beyond just mere necessity/breeding.

As far as a name goes, hmm… I kinda like the idea of Luxuria. It means “self-indulgent sexual desire” and it sounds similar to Luxiem, which is a nice little touch imo. Absolutely open to other thoughts and idea though!

I know exactly how you feel. Something about cults just fascinates me… for me, a large part of the fascination comes from how (usually) one single person is able to get tens of hundreds of people on board with their cause so seemingly effortlessly. Like, how is one person able to influence so many different people so easily? How do people ignore the so-called “obvious” warning signs or red flags? Why don’t people leave before it’s too late? How do we determine “too late?” Things like that… I don’t know. It’s fascinating. And I also just love making it horny like we’ve done with our fun lil pregnancy cult. I don't think the boys did anything special that specifically caters to the chinese. The country (and asia in general) just happen to have a ton of fujoshi and they're a lot more open about it online than western fujos so they spread the word about them faster, thus making them more popular. Luxiem and even Noctyx would be just as popular in the west if western fujos weren't so repressed because of sjw culture, but no one /here/ knows about that because the majority of /vt/ doesn't even know what a fujoshi is or what it entails.

lol thanks. I say that because my friends at work are just above normie-level weebs and have never been to ANY anime store at all before, so that's why I'd expect them to be a little more excited. I took them to a certain popular JP bookstore and one of my friends reached for a F*nko pop of all things and that's when I was straight up disappointed.
