I not surprised Subaru kinda ditch Kana at the end there, her personality supposed to be innocent and cute but since she's working at the bar, her cute vibe just came off as a business smile and fake, that's why Subaru had a hard time believing her story and paranoid about her dog. While Miuka only care about her sister, so as long as she can continues to work at the bar to get the money, she doesn't care that much if the customers will like her or not. Which made her came off as the most honest one and steal Subaru's heart.
