That's literally what she was advocating, though? She gave zero compromise on people who just wanted to V-tube as a hobby. She tells people that they should keep working and never give up on it, because even when they fail, at least they tried. Of course, she never had to deal with what true failure feels like, so she doesn't realize how terrible it is to drive people towards that failure with false hope. Christ, this is just streaming while pretending to be an anime character, there's no reason to take it so seriously.
