My rrat:
She had a lot of time off and an open schedule given her hospital visit + recovery, so she went talking to her personal clique of friends who had very little connection to vtubing and they all gave her bad advice that sounds good on paper but actually isn't. They also probably pumped up her ego massively since she's a hot shot now, so she's taking the past two streams as a wake-up call that the advice she got was bunk and is now punching herself for not doing better. The Coco collab is also still heavily weighing in on her mind and having been outed as someone with no personality or no Japanese skill is also really fucking with her self-esteem so all that ego boosting was something she latched onto.

Gura doesn't watch Ame's DKC streams because she enters a state of immediate disgust at her reliance on savestates.
