Just for funsies, I would like to remind you guys of this little event in one of Pekora MC stream on November 2021. It was a Swede invading Pekora chat by spamming NNN akasupa, he quite literally became chat celebrity for a while and even got Pekora attention
To this day the Swedish flag she built to honor him is still there in the server. A complete rando managed to leave mark on the Holo server by accident

There are actually a lot of EOP in JP stream but they don't chat for the same reason as you. Though all it take is someone to pull a stunt in English to get all of them chatting
