In any normal part of the world, the Holo girls should've unionized and get into the demand phase by now. Yet most of the idols are too introverted to take on japanese seniority culture and take advantage of them being basically unfirable.
I felt like Coco was trying to hint that to them during certain collab streams they had with her, but she didn't have enough time to bring any union plans into fruition.
